Project Overview
In this project I made a bow from maple wood and then created a video about how to shoot a bow safely and accurately. Through this project I hoped to improve my time management skills, my teaching skills, and my woodworking skills. I choose this project because it can help me improve these skills, while at the same time I am doing two things that I love; woodworking and archery.

Collaboration
During this project I had a lot of help. My Dad was one person that helped me with many aspects of this project. He gave me tips on how to organize all of my tasks, showed me how to use the jigsaw correctly, and talked with me at length about each of the steps. Another person who helped me with this project is a family friend named Kevin. He supplied me with the maple wood, the tools I needed, let me use his workshop, and gave me advice on how to cut and shape the bow. My grandfather also gave me ideas for alternate tools I could use during the project. I am so grateful for their help because without these people I could not have completed this project.
