Find Your Passion
Here is my presentation on what I am like. There are quotes from my mom (Lisa Consiglio) and at the end, I added my art. It's the same exact slide as last year except for this year I added some new pieces I recently drew. I hope you can get a better understanding of me as a person, and view me as I view myself - which hopefully is in good terms :)
Learn, Solve, Make, Do!
In this section, I thought up of things I want to Learn, Solve, Make and Do. Most of what I put down I can do within the time frame for this whole project. - Meaning I can spread my project out timewise. I'm pretty sure the one thing I really want to learn is how to draw digitally. Since I can already draw pretty well on paper, and I can draw decently well digitally, the only real problem is what I use to draw- and that is my phone. My mom (Lisa Consiglio) said she'd get me an iPad since she never got me a birthday present. The bigger tablet will help me improve my drawing skills. But only time will tell. (The cover photo is one of my drawings from last year that took around two weeks because I did it on my phone)
In this section, I picked three ideas out of the many I thought of in my Learn, Solve, Make, Do! section. The ones you will see in this document reflect on what I am most passionate about. *hint* They are art-related. Since I am more of an art/theatre kid, it makes sense that these are the three that I picked out. The only hard part is to pick out only one that I really want to work on. -Though I think I know which one I am leaning towards,
For my PiP, I would like to incorporate my drawing skills to create content for other people to enjoy. I want to develop my personal art style and show people that even kids with disabilities can create great things. This project will push me to learn more about art and techniques, instead of me just sitting on my couch and staring at a blank screen. I wish to destroy the stereotypical view that kids who have autism or ADHD aren't smart. We are talented, we are creative and we are human. And I am proud to be who I am. I hope you will enjoy what I create.
